Krebs Viscometer 480:

The Krebs unit uses a rotating paddle and is used to determine the viscosity of non-Newtonian fluids, e.g. most paints.

The disgital version uses a constant speed motor rotating at 200 rpm for greater accuracy and repeatability. A quick release chuck enables rapid cleaning and changeover of the paddle and digital display gives the reading in Krebs units, grams or poise.

The Krebs 480 uses a mulitpoint calibration across the torque range and a remote calibration key allows the instrument to be secure from accidental adjustment. A magnetic base holds the sample container in place.
